Order forms collect information about you, including: name, personal identification number (CNP) or tax identification number (NIF), postal address (residence / domicile / correspondence address), phone number, email address, and location data (IP).

Legal Obligations – reporting to the National Agency for Fiscal Administration and other state institutions (at their express request) to fulfill the activities related to the checks of the authorities, such as ANAF, ANPC, ANSPDCP, IPJ, Prosecutors, etc.
Legitimate Interest – necessary for legitimate purposes in our interest, such as:
to provide our customers with the ordered products or services;
to identify and prevent illegal activities, fraud;
to improve network and information system security;
to better understand how visitors interact with our site;

Personal data may be transferred to entities within the European Union, EEA, or outside the EU only for the purpose for which the data subject placed an order on the ROMCO SRL platform. The personal data transmitted will be those declared by the data subject and not excessive in relation to the purpose for which sending to a specific third party is required.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt the information you complete on the Site to protect their security and integrity to and from the Site. When we store information, we ensure that critical and sensitive data is encrypted.

The retention and processing of personal data are carried out for the duration of the validity of the contracts concluded with ROMCO SRL or the validity of the domains registered through the Site, plus 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship or the expiration of the domains, unless a applicable legal provision requires retention for a longer period.
